ZinZuu is a mobile-first marketplace platform that connects independent, community-focused retailers with local consumers. Our technology enables merchants to list products, manage orders, and engage shoppers—while shoppers earn eZZ-Rewards for their purchases.

Unlike large, centralized marketplaces, ZinZuu’s mission is to empower small, brick-and-mortar merchants. We bridge online and in-store commerce—making it easy for local shops to compete with major chains by offering robust mobile tools and consumer incentives through eZZ-Rewards.

Yes. Creating a free ZinZuu account lets you browse merchant listings, place orders, track purchases, and earn eZZ-Rewards. You only need a valid email address, basic contact information, and a password to get started.

eZZ-Rewards are points you earn when you shop local on ZinZuu. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent (equivalent to 1?sh back). For example, if you spend $100 on a qualifying purchase, you’ll earn 100 points in your eZZ-Rewards wallet.

Every 100 points equals $1 in spending power. The minimum redemption threshold is 500 points (equivalent to $5). To earn 500 points, you must spend $500 in total. Once you have at least 500 points, you can redeem them toward future purchases—$5 off your next order.

After logging in, tap the Rewards icon in the bottom navigation (or click “My Rewards” on desktop). There, you’ll see your current point balance, recent points earned, and any redeemed rewards.

Every product page has a Shipping & Delivery section below the description. You’ll find:
• Processing Time: How many business days until the merchant ships your order (e.g., “Ships in 1–3 business days”).
• Shipping Options & Costs: Carriers the merchant uses (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) and their fees.
• Estimated Transit Time: Expected delivery window once the item ships (e.g., “3–5 business days ground,” or “1–2 days expedited”).
Always review these details before completing a purchase.

Each merchant determines their own shipping methods, rates, and delivery timelines. ZinZuu does not impose or alter shipping fees. Check the merchant’s Shipping & Delivery section for specifics.

1. Contact the Merchant First
o Use the “Contact Seller” button on your order page. Provide your order number, shipping address, and any photos of damage, if applicable. 2. Escalate to ZinZuu
o If the merchant does not respond or resolve your issue within 10 business days, email support@zinzuu.com. We will review the situation and help mediate a resolution.
o ZinZuu is not responsible for loss or damage once the carrier has possession, but we will facilitate communication with the seller and carrier to find a solution.

Return shipping costs are determined by each merchant’s own Return Policy. Some merchants offer prepaid return labels; others require buyers to cover return shipping. Always check the product’s Return & Refund section for details.

You must have at least 500 points (equivalent to $5 in spending power) before you can redeem. Once you reach 500 points, tap Apply Rewards on the payment screen at checkout to apply your $5 discount.

Yes. eZZ-Rewards expire 12 months after the date they are earned. You can check each reward’s expiration date in your Rewards section.

eZZ-Rewards are managed centrally by ZinZuu. If a merchant closes but you still have unredeemed points from that merchant, those points remain in your account and can be used at any other participating merchant until they expire.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and secure storage for data at rest. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized personnel only. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Email privacy@zinzuu.com with your request. We will respond within 30 days. If you request deletion, your data will be removed from active systems within 30 days; backups may persist for up to 90 days before final deletion.

We share data only with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors, email platforms, analytics) to operate our Services. We do not sell your personal data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Visit our Merchant Signup page, complete the registration form with your business information and banking details for payouts, and agree to ZinZuu’s terms. Once approved, you can list products, define shipping and return policies, and start selling.

In your seller dashboard, go to Shipping & Delivery Settings. Specify:
• Processing Time: How many business days until you ship.
• Shipping Options & Costs: Carriers you use and their rates.
• Transit Estimates: Expected delivery window after shipment.
These details will appear on each product’s Shipping & Delivery section.

In your seller dashboard, navigate to Return & Refund Settings. Define:
• Return window (e.g., 14 days after delivery)
• Condition requirements (e.g., “unused,” “original packaging”)
• Who pays for return shipping (merchant or buyer)
• Any restocking or handling fees
Buyers can see this policy on your product pages under Return & Refund.

1. Respond to the buyer promptly—within 7 business days.
2. If you do not address their concerns within your stated policy timelines, the buyer may escalate to ZinZuu Support at support@zinzuu.com.
3. ZinZuu will review order records and communications to help mediate. We do not override clearly stated merchant policies unless they violate marketplace standards.

If a security incident materially affecting personal data occurs, we will:
• Investigate and contain the breach immediately.
• Notify affected users via email within 30 days or as required by law.
• Notify relevant regulatory authorities within required timeframes.
• Provide guidance on protective measures (e.g., password resets, credit monitoring).
