Please review a merchant’s specific shipping terms before completing your purchase. Below is an overview of what to expect and how to address any shipping questions or issues.
1. Finding a Merchant’s Shipping Terms
- Every product page includes a Shipping & Delivery section beneath the product description. In that section, you will find:
- Processing Time: How long the merchant needs to prepare and dispatch your order (e.g., “Ships within 1–3 business days”).
- Carrier Options & Costs: The carriers the merchant offers and the corresponding shipping fees.
- Estimated Transit Time: The expected delivery window once the item ships (e.g., “5–7 business days via ground,” or “2–3 business days via expedited service”).
2. Domestic & International Shipping
- Domestic (U.S.):
- Merchants may offer various shipping options (e.g., ground, priority, express) with corresponding rates.
- Exact fees and delivery estimates will appear in the product’s Shipping & Delivery section.
- International:
- Some merchants ship internationally. Any applicable customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless the merchant specifies otherwise.

3. Tracking & Shipment Confirmation

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

- ZinZuu is not responsible for damage or loss once the package is with the carrier but will facilitate the resolution process.
5. Return Shipping

- Some merchants provide prepaid return labels; others require buyers to cover return shipping.

6. Time Frames & Dispute Resolution

- If the merchant fails to respond or honor their stated shipping terms within 7 business days of your inquiry, email support@zinzuu.com.
- Account Reviews:
- ZinZuu may investigate accounts (buyer or seller) that exhibit unusual patterns of shipping complaints—such as more than three unresolved shipping disputes in 30 days or a return rate above 25% within 60 days.
- Depending on the investigation’s findings, ZinZuu may issue warnings, temporarily suspend accounts, or place holds on new orders.
7. Seller Responsibilities
