These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZinZuu ecommerce platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZinZuu, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Use

• Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3. Merchant Responsibilities

• Merchants are responsible for fulfilling all orders accurately and timely.

• Products must comply with all applicable laws and ZinZuu’s prohibited items policy.

• ZinZuu may remove listings or suspend merchants at its discretion.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

• Buyers agree to provide accurate shipping and payment information.

• Disputes must be reported within 7 days of receiving an item.

5. Payments & Fees

• ZinZuu charges commission per sale [insert rate if applicable].

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content (logos, software, UI, etc.) is property of ZinZuu unless stated otherwise.

• Merchants must own the rights to all product content they upload.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use ZinZuu for illegal activities

• Upload harmful, false, or defamatory content

• Circumvent payment systems or ZinZuu policies

8. Limitation of Liability

ZinZuu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 6 months before the issue arose.

9. Termination

ZinZuu may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
