Return & Refund Policy
ZinZuu Technologies Inc. is a marketplace platform that empowers independent merchants to set their own return policies. Because each merchant manages their own returns, ZinZuu does not have the authority to alter or override a seller’s individual policy.
1. Merchant Return Policies
- Every product listing clearly displays the merchant’s Return & Refund terms. Before you purchase, please review that section for details on:
- Return window (e.g., 14 days, 30 days)
- Conditions for return (e.g., “unused,” “original packaging”)
- Who pays for return shipping (merchant or buyer)
- Any restocking fees or handling charges
2. Handling Returns Directly
- All returns must be initiated directly between the buyer and the seller. Please contact the merchant via the contact information provided in your order confirmation or on their shop page.
- Once the seller receives your returned item and confirms it meets their conditions, they will process a refund or store credit according to their stated timeline (typically within 7 business days).
3. ZinZuu Assistance & Buyer Protection
- If you follow a merchant’s stated return policy and do not receive a response or refund within 14 days, please email customersupport@zinzuu.com for assistance. We can mediate communications but cannot unilaterally override a clearly stated merchant policy.
- In rare cases where a merchant becomes unresponsive or fails to honor their stated policy after 30 days, ZinZuu may offer a partial store credit at our sole discretion, subject to verification of all communications and shipping proof.
4. Dispute Resolution
- If a buyer and seller cannot agree on a return, either party can request ZinZuu’s mediation by contacting customersupport@zinzuu.com. Our team will review order records, communications, and tracking information to recommend a fair resolution. Final decisions remain with the merchant unless the seller’s policy contradicts marketplace standards.
5. Excessive Returns & Abuse
- ZinZuu reserves the right to investigate accounts (buyer or seller) that exhibit what we deem “excessive returns or complaints,” typically defined as:
- A return rate exceeding 25% of total orders in a rolling 60-day period, or
- More than three unresolved return disputes filed within 30 days
- Investigations may result in warnings, temporary account holds, or suspension if we determine that return policies are being abused or misrepresented.
