These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ZinZuu app and website (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by ZinZuu, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Platform.

  • Platform Availability: ZinZuu does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZinZuu, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or any violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware, USA.

ZinZuu reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
